Matthew Kolodoski

About the presenter

Matthew Kolodoski is a partner at Gette Law PLLC in Dallas, where he practices complex civil litigation and appeals. He is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in both Consumer and Commercial Law and Insurance Law. He previously served on the State Bar of Texas Board of Directors and Executive Committee and has chaired its Constitutional Law Section three times. He currently serves as Chair-Elect of the Consumer and Commercial Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and as Treasurer of the Texas Supreme Court Historical Society. His presentations and scholarly writings have addressed constitutional law, commercial law, and insurance law. Matthew earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston and his law degree from SMU Dedman School of Law.
