Alexandra Rhue is the Senior Vice President of Museum Engagement & Strategic Initiatives for the National Medal of Honor Museum Foundation. In this role, she oversees the development of the museum’s exhibitions and collections and serves on the Foundation’s Executive Team, contributing to organizational and operational strategy. Since joining the Foundation in 2018, she has held several key leadership positions, including Chief of Staff and Vice President of Finance and Administration.

Before her work with the Foundation, Rhue played a central role in opening and operating the National September 11 Memorial Museum in New York City. She earned a joint bachelor’s degree from New York University in Anthropology and Linguistics, a certificate in Financial Success for Non-Profits from Cornell University, and a master’s degree in Museum Anthropology from Columbia University.

Combining expertise in museum engagement, operational strategy, and cultural stewardship, Rhue is dedicated to creating meaningful, authentic storytelling experiences for audiences of all ages.
