
Dr. Rachael McClain serves as Executive Director of the National WWII WASP Museum in Sweetwater, Texas. A seasoned leader in non-profit and educational initiatives, she has driven innovation in STEM education, workforce development, and rural school improvement, launching P-TECH and T-STEM campuses and expanding dual credit and apprenticeship programs. Holding a Ph.D. in Workforce Education from the University of Georgia, McClain is passionate about honoring the pioneering Women Airforce Service Pilots and advancing women’s leadership across sectors. She and her husband, Mark, live on a small ranch in West Texas.
